March 14, 2012 - The Search for Life in the Universe - Dr. Stephen Kane, Caltech One of the most profound questions that has faced humanity is: How common is life in the universe? The discovery of planets outside of our Solar System has provided additional motivation to answer this question and advances in biochemistry enable us to better understand the development of life on our own planet.
